1. Install waOS on your sub-account
From your agency dashboard, click Connect sub-account and authorize waOS on the GoHighLevel location you want to add. It installs as a custom page inside that sub-account.
2. Scan the QR with your phone
Open the waOS page inside the sub-account and click Connect number. Pick the country your phone is in (so it routes through a residential IP there), then on the phone you want to link open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device and scan the code.
3. Message inside HighLevel
That's it. Incoming WhatsApp messages land in your HighLevel conversations, and replies you send go out over your number. It works with your existing automations, workflows, and triggers.
Adding more numbers & staff
Add as many numbers as your plan allows, give each a name, and assign lines to specific staff so the right person handles the right conversations. Every number runs through its own dedicated residential IP, and the safe-send engine paces messages and warms up new numbers so they stay connected.
If a number drops
You'll see it flagged in the dashboard. Click Reconnect and scan again — your history stays intact.
