By creating an account or using waOS (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service
waOS connects WhatsApp numbers to GoHighLevel so you can send and receive messages inside your CRM. The Service connects via WhatsApp's web/linked-device mechanism, not the official WhatsApp Business API.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
Acceptable use
- No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or purchased contact lists.
- No illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive content.
- You must have consent to message the people you contact and comply with applicable messaging and privacy laws.
- You must comply with WhatsApp's and GoHighLevel's own terms.
WhatsApp connection & ban risk
WhatsApp may rate-limit, restrict, or ban any number at its own discretion. waOS includes safeguards (dedicated residential routing, pacing, warm-up) to reduce this risk, but we cannot guarantee a number will never be restricted. You use the Service and connect numbers at your own risk.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor. Fees are based on your plan tier and the number of connected numbers/sub-accounts. Prices may change with notice.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any message will be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, waOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or banned numbers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, unless otherwise required by your local law.
