- Account information — your email address and a securely hashed password.
- CRM connection data — GoHighLevel access tokens for the sub-accounts you connect, stored encrypted at rest.
- WhatsApp message data — messages and media are relayed between WhatsApp and your CRM. We process this to deliver the service and keep limited metadata (timestamps, delivery status, message size) for reliability and fair-use metering.
- Usage & technical data — connection health, session region, and bandwidth used per number.

- To operate the service — relaying messages and showing status.
- To keep your numbers connected and protect against bans.
- To meter usage and bill your subscription.
- To provide support and improve reliability.
Third parties we share with
We use trusted processors to run the service: GoHighLevel (your CRM), Stripe (payments — we never store card details), residential proxy providers (to route your numbers), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.
Data retention
We keep account and connection data while your account is active. Message metadata is retained for a limited period for reliability and billing. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Security
CRM tokens are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
